What do the included credits buy you?

Every All Access seat includes 100 credits a month, shared across your team, so a 3-seat agency gets 300 a month. Looking up a work email costs 1 credit, a mobile number 10 credits and a text message 1 credit. BD Radar uses credits automatically when it finds a relevant role and pulls the contact's details into your pipeline. To put that in context, a standalone enrichment tool like Lusha or Apollo typically costs £29–£80 a month on top of your CRM. Included credits reset every month and don't roll over. If you need more, you can top up at any time, and credits you top up never expire.

Is the price really all-in?

Yes. One price, every feature, no add-ons: £79 / $99 / €89 per user per month. The only extra cost is more credits, if your team uses more than its monthly allowance.

Can I pay annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing saves 15%: £67 per user per month ($84 / €75), paid upfront for the year. Monthly billing has no commitment at all.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On monthly billing you can cancel any time with no penalty, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Annual plans are paid upfront; you can cancel the renewal at any time and keep access until the year ends. There are no refunds for part periods.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 7 days free with every feature and 100 credits to try it with. You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. We email you 3 days before it does, and you can cancel any time in the 7 days from your billing settings without being charged. If you're moving from another CRM, we'll migrate your data at no cost as part of white-glove onboarding.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise is for teams of 10 or more. Your price is set on two levers: your per-seat rate, which comes down as your team grows, and the credits included per seat each month. Book a call and we'll put together a proposal within 24 hours.

Do all desks need a licence?

Accepted Answer

Each active user needs their own seat. All Access covers teams of 1 to 9, and there's no minimum, so you can start with one seat and add more as you grow. Teams of 10 or more get custom Enterprise pricing.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Accepted Answer

Pounds, US dollars or euros. Switch currency at the top of this page: checkout charges the same figure in the currency you choose. If we've billed you before, checkout stays in the currency you were billed in.

Do you offer a contract buyout?

Yes. If you're mid-contract with another CRM, you can join Shortlists now and pay £40 / $51 / €45 per user per month until your existing contract ends, then move to standard All Access pricing. Book a call to set it up.

What's included in the free migration?

We migrate your data from your current CRM — candidates, clients, contacts, jobs, placement history — at no charge. The Shortlists team handles the migration personally. If you're moving from another CRM, book a call first. We set up your account so your trial runs while we move your data. Most migrations take 2–3 weeks end to end.

How does the AI notetaker work?

Shortlists joins your Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls automatically. It transcribes the conversation, identifies key information (skills, availability, salary, requirements), updates the candidate or client profile, and drafts a follow-up email. You don't need to do anything — just have the call.

All Access includes white-glove onboarding, free data migration and ongoing support from our team by email and call. Enterprise adds a dedicated onboarding manager.

Is Shortlists GDPR compliant?

Yes. Shortlists is EU-hosted (Stockholm), GDPR compliant, and built with privacy by design. Candidate data is stored securely and you remain the data controller. We never use your data to train AI models.
